The Pobeda TV channel is a new large-scale project of the Digital Telefamily of Channel One for the 75th anniversary of Victory of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.

It broadcasts classics of Soviet military cinema, Russian films and TV series, documentaries about the Great Patriotic War; new styles of programs of our own production, based on previously unknown archival documents and materials. Certificates of our veterans; interviews with historians and experts; family memories of the participants of the “Immortal Regiment” action, as well as the finds and discoveries of archives search teams.

NASA TV is the channel of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration whose mission is to pioneer the future in space exploration, scientific discovery and aeronautics research.

While exploring exploring space and discovering Earth, NASA TV airs a variety of regularly scheduled, pre-recorded educational and public relations programming 24 hours a day on its various channels. Programs include “NASA Gallery”, which features photographs and video from NASA’s history; “Video File”, which broadcasts b-roll footage for news and media outlets; “Education File”, which provides special programming for schools; “NASA Edge” and “NASA 360”, hosted programs that focus on different aspects of NASA; and “This Week @ NASA”, which shows news from NASA centers around the country. Al jazeera Mubasher

The TV channel Al Jazeera Mubasher went live on air in 2005. Al Jazeera Mubasher specialises in broadcasting conferences and important live events without expressing an opinion or making comments on the events taking place. If any programmes are broadcast in a foreign language they always carry Arabic subtitles to aid understanding. The channel’s name ‘Mubasher’ literally translates as ‘live’, following its stated philosophy of broadcasting live wherever and whenever possible. This gives it a similarity to Western channels such as BBC Parliament broadcasts. Al Jazeera Mubasher is invaluable for providing ongoing information on events taking place in both the Arab world and internationally. The many press conferences and political meetings it broadcasts help to give viewers a better understanding of ongoing political and cultural affairs in the world. Al Jazeera Documentary channel belongs to the Al Jazeera Media Network, with all broadcasts in Arabic. Al Jazeera Documentary channel launched in 2007. The channel is dedicated to broadcasting documentaries in Arabic, covering subjects such as politics, history, travel, science and art. The channel’s ethos is to disseminate the Arab cultural heritage to a wider audience, adding to the development of culture and bringing a new, fresh perspective to viewers on some of the subjects covered. The channel provides a full schedule of programmes and live streaming. Around 15 percent of documentaries broadcast by the Al Jazeera Documentary channel are produced in house, with the rest provided by Arab and international producers. Rai Storia

Rai Storia is an Italian television channel which is broadcast exclusively in the peninsula by the satellite company HOTBIRD. It was launched in 2000 and the main language of its broadcasts is Italian. The channel mostly specializes in history and cultural programming and broadcasts and programs associated with these themes.
It features an interesting and varied mix of examinations by journalists and historians that trace and examine the history of contemporary Italy. There are also on offer deep and analytical programmes which address current issues that concern the world on subjects as varied as the progress of the humanity of Homo Sapiens to Napoleon, the stories of women travelers or the remaining traces of the Great War 100 years later. Rudaw is originally a Kurdish media group. The television channel features many programmes about Kurdistan and Kurdish culture. Rudaw is broadcast in Europe, the Middle East and America. For this reason, English and Kurdish are used so that all viewers can follow the programmes. But this focus does not mean that the network ever intends to forget Kurdish dialects: neither Kurmanji nor Sorani are neglected. Thus all Kurds, whatever their country of origin can watch the channel without difficulty.

Nour TV

Broadcast by the satellite network Hot Bird, NourSat TV (also known as Télé Lumière) is a free channel with an ecumenical and religious remit, financed exclusively by donations from supporters. Its executives remain committed to the principle of airing neither commercial advertising nor political views.
